I was a little nervous. I read all of the inspiration from other clients, and thought, "I won't feel like that. I won't go nude. I won't cry at my pictures. They will just look like regular old me." Needless to say, I was a little negative about how I would react. BUT Oh my gosh, I did almost cry when I saw the pictures of myself! Some didn't even look like me! And I did end up naked! Every single thing other woman have said were right!

I don’t think I’m saying doing this boudoir was gonna answer my prayers to make me confident and powerful but to let me SEE myself through the eye of another and see that the person from 20 years ago is still in there.

The confidence, the spirituality, the "I don’t care what you think of me" is still somewhere in there.

AND I SAW IT....

I thought I'd be freaking out, and I just remember thinking to myself that I felt safe, I was having fun, and I felt calm.

I’m a music-loving, 90’s anything obsessed, 29-year-old small business owner. I have 3 adorable dogs and a hunk of a husband. I’m so happy I’m finally able to be unapologetically myself after so many years of caring SO MUCH what I should do, wear, look like, act like, and all the other bullshit we convince ourselves matters.

I truly believe something came out of me that day. All the negativity that my own mind had thought up or the negativity that others have put into my head, it all left. I own my feelings and happiness. No one else can control that. And no matter how many times I’ve heard those negative comments and even for future negative comments, rise above Stephanie because you are beautiful, you are strong, and you can do this!

I felt inspired to tell others to do this, it made me feel so good about myself.

I know it sounds cliche, but to become proud of your body through the art she provides is something I would never have thought possible.

I felt so happy afterwards! I felt like calling every one of my girlfriends on my drive home and telling them how much fun it was. My session put me in such a good mindset even days after! I think it has definitely given me more confidence and helped me see myself as sexy.

There were many reasons I decided on a boudoir session, the main one was to find ME again. To know that no matter what size I've become I'm still beautiful. I've been through A LOT of crap in my life and I've pulled myself up out of all of it.

Looking back now, I always remember crying to my father about why he did this to me, I still remember begging him and telling him that I was being picked on because of what he made me look like and he would always say to me “this is who you are, and this is what you will always look like, you need to start accepting that.”

It has made me feel like everyone has flaws but what we overlook is that our flaws are actually raw beauty within our other beauty.

I've always wanted to do a boudoir session but never felt "pretty enough" to do one. It wasn't until my separation that I got the courage to do it. I wanted to document a milestone of

taking back my life.

The entire day start to finish sticks out to me; from the moment I walked into Molly's studio until the minute I left. It was such a great day all around.

Though the book is for him, the session was for me [..]. I've never really loved the way I look in photos so doing this helped me to gain confidence to be in front of the camera.

Western society has been telling us for too long we need to be something, change something, thinner nose, sharper jaw, thicker eyebrows... c'mon! We just need to be OURSELVES!

I would say it gave me a little boost in confidence. I'm really happy I did it and love looking back on the photos.

After my session I felt like I was now a part of this awesome sisterhood who just celebrates beauty. I felt amazing!

Doing a boudoir session has made me realize that I AM beautiful, cute, pretty AND sexy...because I'm just being me.

I never would have even considered this a couple years ago. Today I feel like the sexy goddess that Molly has captured and helped me see even further.

I felt empowered, beautiful, sexy. I was ready to take on the world! I'm beautiful the way I am, no Brazilian Butt Lift or Liposuction needed.
